Hello! Nice to meet you. I’m Chelsey, creator and baker here at CAKEbar. First and foremost, I am a mama to the sweetest toddler named Oliver, baby girl named Leighton, and wife to the best hubby ever, James. They are my why; why I hustle, why I bake, why I love what I do. Without them, CAKEbar wouldn’t be the awesome little business that it is!
This dream of mine started years ago, in 2011, after graduating from Confectionary Arts School. I love baking, and I love the joy that my desserts bring to people. Following a crazy journey over the last few years, including getting married, buying a home, and having our sweet kiddos, I decided that it was time for me to live my passion and start up CAKEbar! It brings me so much pleasure to be able to show Oliver that his mom loves what she does and that it’s possible to follow your dreams!
